Brenda Hughes is a licensed electrologist with the state of Florida Department Of Health (Division Of Medical Quality Assurance). A resident of Punta Gorda for more than 30 years, she opened Tender Touch Hair Removal in 2019. Brenda has additional training in IPL and laser tattoo removal in addition to teaching courses on electrolysis and laser hair removal in Fort Myers.
